As a native English speaker from the US living in Sarajevo for over a decade, I've been accumulating a list in my head of expressions I see in "local English" which aren't really English as far as I know. I just decided to put them in one place and perhaps hear what others think belong on this list. Some of them might be OK in the UK (like "way out") but in any event won't be understood by people who know "American"
I think when saying odnos it depends if you are talking about towards concrete people (which would be a relationship) or groups or abstract ideas/entities (which sounds better as relations)
